WHEN to order
Each custom cake is a labor of love and designed specifically for you and baked fresh for your event. Our decorators are artists who take as much time designing your cake as decorating it. The final result is a beautiful and delicious cake sure to delight your guests.
Due to the detail and attention these custom orders require, availability is limited. While we always do our best to accommodate last minute orders, once a week is booked we have to stop taking custom orders, so we encourage you to place your custom cake orders as early as possible to ensure availability.
For custom work we do require a absolute minimum of one week's notice. If you need something on shorter notice, check out our signature cakes and cupcakes. There are some great options for desserts.

For our signature cakes and sheet cakes, feel free to call or stop by the bakery anytime. Any of our baristas or bakers would be happy to help you.
For custom orders it's usually best to speak with the decorator directly. The best way to do this is to start with a call or email to set up an appointment. While most orders can be accomplished over the phone or internet, for custom work, its always preferable to meet face to face to make sure we are all on the same page.
