The Baker's Rhapsody began 2013 in a home kitchen, filling orders for wedding cakes and cupcakes. We soon began setting up booths at local farmers markets, festivals and wedding expos. Our growth soon gave us the means and necessity to rent a commercial kitchen just to keep up with the constant stream of special orders. It wasn't long before we were working on renovating a building in downtown Dowagiac. On December 1st, 2015 we opened the doors and hit the ground running. The community support has been so much more amazing than we ever could have hoped for and continues to humble us every day.
